Full description of the position

• Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of WIE products and services.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with existing accounts, increases account base and volume of sales consistently.
• Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including company leads, networking and cold calls, following up on leads promptly.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs.
• Stays current in market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies.
• Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements efficiently. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial Automation and Controls experience desired.
• Prior sales experience a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred.
