This is an in-person sales role helping homeowners upgrade comfort and efficiency. You'll: * Meet 2-4 customers daily and uncover their needs * Present clear, value-based window solutions * Guide projects from first meeting through completion * Train weekly with high-performing mentors Every conversation builds skill, confidence, and income. Earnings and Career Path * First Month: $5,000-$8,000 (typical earnings through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission during onboarding) * Experienced Reps: $12,000-$20,000+ per month * Sales Leaders: $200,000-$250,000+ annually Fast-start bonuses include $250 for your first sale in week one and $750 when you reach five sales in your first month.
