Big Man's Moving Company is hiring an Inside Sales Rep/Receptionist to join our award-winning team! We've been voted Tampa Bay's #1 Moving Company from 2020 to 2024 by the Tampa Bay Times. Key Responsibilities: * Answer/Call 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily. * Collect data, provide pricing, schedule jobs, and follow up with clients. * Perform data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks. * Uphold excellent customer service and company standards. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in phone-based sales or dispatching. * Strong communication, grammar, and typing skills. * Must be able to 2 hand type at least 50 words per minute while holding a conversation on the phone (no hunting and pecking). * Proficiency with CRM software. * Reliable transportation to Clearwater and a flexible schedule (including weekends). * Positive, professional, and detail-oriented with great multitasking skills.
