Big Man's Moving Company is hiring an Inside Sales Rep/Receptionist to join our award-winning team! We've been voted Tampa Bay's #1 Moving Company from 2020 to 2024 by the Tampa Bay Times.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Answer/Call 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Collect data, provide pricing, schedule jobs, and follow up with clients.
• Perform data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Uphold excellent customer service and company standards.

Requirements

:

• 3+ years of experience in phone-based sales or dispatching.
• Strong communication, grammar, and typing skills.
• Must be able to 2 hand type at least 50 words per minute while holding a conversation on the phone (no hunting and pecking).
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Reliable transportation to Clearwater and a flexible schedule (including weekends).
• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented with great multitasking skills. Culture:

• Hours: 8 AM-5 PM.
