This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to develop their insurance expertise in a collaborative environment known for its culture of kindness, accountability, and low turnover. * Account Manager Benefits & Compensation * Competitive annual salary - $55-65k * Health insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off * Supportive, team-driven workplace culture Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of insurance experience * Demonstrated experience servicing personal insurance accounts * Familiarity with agency workflows and insurance carrier interactions * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Client-focused mindset with clear, professional communication * Experience using AMS360 (strongly preferred) * Insurance license not required at hire; willingness to obtain is encouraged Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Service and manage an assigned book of personal insurance accounts * Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions * Process policy changes, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed * Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage consistency, and compliance * Work closely with internal service support staff for efficient back-office processing * Communicate with insurance carriers to address policy issues and service requests * Maintain accurate and detailed client records using AMS360 * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows and accountability * Deliver a professional, responsive client experience aligned with service standards This position offers a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1 work from home day.
