Company & Position Highlights: Compensation: $55,000$70,000 base salary per year, plus attractive bonus and commission incentives Global Brand: Represent an internationally recognized leader in jewelry alloys and specialty manufacturing materials Field-Based Role: Approximately 4060% travel across the U.S. and Canada, including customer visits and major industry trade events Training & Support: Structured onboarding and ongoing technical education to position you as a trusted industry resource Career Path: Strong long-term growth potential, including advancement into senior or national leadership roles Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and all business travel expenses covered Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager: * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with jewelry manufacturers and distribution partners across North America * Serve as a consultative resource by learning and presenting master alloys and technical product solutions * Maintain a strong field presence, averaging two or more customer visits per day * Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue * Track sales activity, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM systems and internal reporting tools * Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to support trials, demos, and customer onboarding * Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals while supporting broader market growth initiatives * Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer demonstrations Qualifications for the Business Development Manager: * 3+ years of B2B sales experience within jewelry manufacturing, consumables, equipment, master alloys, or industrial/chemical products * Background in jewelry manufacturing, casting, production, or procurement is highly desirable * Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities * Comfortable learning and explaining technical products and applications * Willingness and ability to travel 4060% of the time * Highly motivated, self-directed professional with a relationship-driven and results-oriented approach Submit your comprehensive resume today for immediate, confidential consideration!
