Join the Seawah Furniture Team! -- Sales Associate or Interior Designer Seawah Furniture is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help us in our beautiful showroom on Johns Island. Position Highlights: * Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time * Pay: Competitive; based on experience and part-time vs. full-time status * Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM (4:00 PM on Friday & Saturday), approximately 25-40 hours per week * Location: In-person at our showroom in Johns Island, SC What You 'll Be Doing: * Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom with a friendly, professional approach * Guiding customers through furniture selections, product details, and ordering options * In-home design consultations and interior design layouts (if relevant to your experience and hiring agreement) * Entering customer orders and updating information accurately in our system * Maintaining the appearance of the showroom, including merchandising, staging, and organization * Coordinating with the warehouse team regarding inventory, deliveries, and customer pick-ups * Assisting with occasional furniture movement or light assembly within the showroom as needed * Supporting showroom operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience What We 're Looking For: * A professional, organized individual who can work independently and manage multiple tasks * Strong customer service and communication skills * Previous retail or furniture sales experience preferred (but not required) * Previous interior design experience preferred (but not required) * Comfort using basic computer systems for order entry and customer records * Ability to assist with light lifting or moving of furniture when needed * Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Johns Island (or plans to relocate before starting) Benefits: * 401k * PTO * Bonus/Commission opportunity * Employee discount on Quality Product lines * Friendly and supportive culture and work environment * Opportunity to go to Furniture Market in High Point (and other learning opportunities) * No Sundays Our close-knit team values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
