What You 'll Do: * Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service. * Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology. * Manage the full sales process -- from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards. What We 're Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
