Our store has items for every budget. We carry a vast variety of natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as colored gemstones. Role Description This is a full or part -time, on-site role as a Jewelry Consultant at Jewelry Couture in Ventura, CA. The Jewelry Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in making jewelry selections, providing excellent customer service, creating a positive customer experience, and retail sales. Base pay plus commission and designer spiffs. Looking for a fun, energetic, jewelry lover to join our diverse team. Qualifications * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Must have a minimum of 1-2 years customer service in fine jewelry * A friendly and approachable demeanor * Jewelry Lover * Knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage * someone who has a steady and consistent history in employment is highly preferred Jewelry Consultants should possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. The role requires prior experience in a retail sales position and a friendly, approachable demeanor that helps build relationships with customers. A candidate with knowledge of, or experience in, jewelry design is an added advantage.
