We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fit Specialist to join our team. As a Fit Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Harley-Davidson brand. Duties: * maintaining database of customers * Conducting test rides * Staying up to date with Harley Davidson training * sales knowledge or willingness to learn Requirements: * Licensed motorcycle rider * Previous experience in sales is preferred * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong knowledge of motorcycles * passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the lifestyle and the culture * Experience with sales pipeline management and cold calling is desirable * Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management * Outgoing personality If you have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
