Location: Austin, TX Territory: Greater Austin area (occasional regional day travel) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Total Compensation (Base + Commission): $150,000 - $170,000 expected in Year 1 Additional Compensation: Uncapped commissions + $500/month vehicle allowance * Position Summary A highly respected commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Reroofing Sales Estimator to support and grow its business in the Austin market. This role owns the full lifecycle of commercial reroofing and service projects--from prospecting and estimating through contract closeout and customer handoff. This is a true hunter-gatherer sales role ideal for individuals who enjoy autonomy, building long-term client relationships, and selling technically complex roofing solutions.
