Full description of the position

Base up to $125,000 OTE $70,000 uncapped We 're looking for a highly driven, commercially sharp Sales Executive with a true hunter mentality, someone who knows how to build pipeline, close deals, and run a disciplined, high-quality sales process within the MedTech and Medical Device sector. This role is all about winning new business, opening doors, building senior- level relationships, and positioning our client 's specialist design and product solutions as essential partners to innovative, highly regulated technology businesses. You 'll thrive here if you're proactive, curious, competitive, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal. What you 'll be doing * Driving new business through targeted outreach, cold calling and networking * Identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities in MedTech and Medical Device markets * Leading face-to-face client meetings and presenting tailored technical design solutions * Managing a structured, end-to-end sales process with strong pipeline discipline * Owning and growing key client accounts while spotting upsell and cross-sell potential * Consistently hitting (and beating) revenue and growth targets * Shaping strategic sales activity based on market trends and customer insight This role is ideal for someone who treats sales like a craft, who tracks metrics, learns from data, and always looks for the next opportunity. What we 're looking for * 3-5 years' experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Engineering or related technology sectors or exposure to software/SaaS-led solutions * Proven track record of new business success and customer growth * Strong background in consultative/solutions-led sales * Able to confidently engage technical and senior-stakeholder audiences * Experienced in managing structured sales pipelines (HubSpot / Salesforce preferred) * Analytical, commercially minded, and highly results-driven * Comfortable travelling frequently for client meetings across the U.S. What 's on offer * Competitive compensation and performance-driven environment * Company healthcare scheme * Work with cutting-edge clients in a fast-growing MedTech market * Supportive, collaborative and ambitious team culture * Based from our North Attleborough facility, with regular U.S. travel (and occasional travel to Ireland / Europe) Hybrid.
