You will be responsible for new clients and communicating with them about their insurance options while helping them make financially savvy decisions. An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: * Assist clients in locating and enrolling into the most suitable insurance available for their needs. * Advise clients on matters of insurance. * Presenting different plan options to the clients, going over the plan benefits, and helping members enroll into the plan they feel suits them best. Commission Structure: Commission is based on several factors: All commissions are calculated based on a mix of the factors below. As compensation changes the agents will be notified internally. * Volume in policies sold - a multiplier will be given based on tier of compensation plan * Type of policy sold - different carriers payout differently and change periodically, our management team will keep you informed as this changes * Additional Benefits sold - adding additional benefits such as dental and vision to a plan * Bonuses Awarded for volume and premium goals Job Types: Contract, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Language: * any other languages (Preferred) License/Certification: * 240 or 215 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Tampa, FL 33609 (Required) Work Location: In person
