Eager to hire on a permanent basis an Engineered Sales Representative located by Providence, RI area. Position will serve as both a sales strategist and technical consultant, helping customers design, select, and implement equipment solutions that improve performance and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical sales professional who enjoys being hands-on with equipment, solving complex challenges, and building long- term customer relationships. If you are a results-driven salesperson with experience in mechanical systems, rotating equipment, or pump sales, you will thrive in this role. * Lead outside sales efforts for rotating equipment, and mechanical systems. * Design, select, and size equipment to meet customer specifications and project requirements. * Develop detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom-engineered solutions that exceed customer expectations. * Negotiate vendor pricing, coordinate purchasing, and track deliveries and project timelines. * Troubleshoot field issues and support customers during equipment startup, installation, and operation. * 5+ years of experience in technical, mechanical, or industrial sales (required). * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in rotating or mechanical equipment sales. * Experience using CRM software to track customers and sales opportunities. * Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best job-site practices. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Offers great perks - benefits, 401K, commission and car allowance Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
