Assessment Link: [please apply online] * Job Title:* Sales Representative - Commercial Pest Control Department: Sales * Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our Commercial Pest Control team. This role is focused on new business development, targeting commercial and industrial clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at prospecting, and is passionate about solving customer problems with tailored pest management solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits. * Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing. * Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals. * Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field. * Proven track record of hunting and closing new business. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects. * State specific licensing requirements may apply. * Why Join the PestCo Team?
