Territory Sales Manager Trainee - W2 - Full-Time - Elmhurst, IL Compensation: * Average Monthly Earnings: $4,000 - $7,000 (base + commission , DOE - dependent on experience, negotiated upon hire) * Additional Pay: Uncapped commissions based on individual performance * Training: Hourly paid training provided before transitioning to base + commission structure * Pay Frequency: Weekly pay * Benefits: 401(k), health benefits, and career advancement opportunities Employment Type: W2 - Full-Time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday (one weekend day required) Work Setting: Combination of retail and field sales -- HQ presence required 3 days per week About the Role We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager Trainee to join our Oak Brook / Elmhurst team. This is a hybrid retail and field-based sales role with three mandatory days per week at our headquarters for training, meetings, and team collaboration. You will work in retail partner locations and designated territories, representing nationally recognized brands, engaging with customers face-to- face, and driving sales growth. Our structured sales and leadership training program prepares you for a future management position overseeing a territory and sales team. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in retail locations and territory field settings to promote products and services * Attend HQ three times per week for training, sales meetings, and team collaboration * Manage assigned territories to maximize sales coverage and market penetration * Learn and execute sales presentations , handle objections, and close deals * Build and maintain long-term customer and client relationships * Track and report sales performance metrics daily and weekly * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales representatives * Maintain professional image and brand standards in all environments * Apply territory management strategies to drive consistent results * Travel regularly within assigned territory -- vehicle required Qualifications * Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or territory management preferred but not required * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented * Comfortable working in both indoor retail settings and outdoor territory sales environments * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required * Able to attend HQ three times per week in Oak Brook What We Offer * Average monthly earnings of $4,000 - $7,000 (base + commission, DOE) * Uncapped commissions for high performers * Weekly pay schedule for consistent income * 401(k) retirement plan and health benefits package * Paid training with step-by-step leadership and sales development * Career advancement into territory and sales management roles * Hands-on experience representing leading national brands * A dynamic and fast-paced hybrid work environment * Ongoing mentorship and professional growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Health insurance * Paid training Work Location: In person
