Job Description Price Homes is hiring an Inside Sales & New Home Sales Specialist to convert leads into appointments and guide buyers from first inquiry to signed contract. If you're competitive, coachable, and great at follow-up, this role offers high earning potential, strong support, and a clear path to growth within a proven sales system. This is an employee position with Price Homes, not a realtor/independent agent role. Candidate must be willing to earn their Minnesota Real Estate License, with training & support provided by Price Homes. This role is primarily based at our model homes in the Rochester area, with required weekly time at our Elk River office for team meetings, trainings, and collaboration. You'll be supported by: * A proven sales process with ongoing coaching * Strong brand reputation and quality product * A team culture built on professionalism, ownership, and results What You 'll Do Inside Sales & Lead Conversion * Respond quickly to new leads * Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email * Qualify buyers (timeline, financing readiness, wants/needs, motivation) * Set appointments and manage the sales pipeline * Track all activity and notes in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) Open Houses & Model Home Sales * Hold open houses weekly in model homes and during major events (ex: Parade of Homes) * Welcome visitors, manage sign-ins, and conduct model home tours * Present floor plans, features, and options in a confident, professional manner * Convert walk-in traffic into scheduled consultations and buyers Buyer Experience & Contract Support * Conduct discovery conversations to match buyers to the right plan, homesite & lifestyle * Educate buyers on pricing, timelines, and the building process * Assist with estimates, paperwork, and contract flow * Coordinate with construction, marketing, and leadership teams What We 're Looking For Requirements: * Confident communicator that builds rapport quickly * Comfortable with outbound calls, texting and consistent follow up * Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with documentation * Coachable and willing to follow our proven sales process * Availability for nights & weekends as needed during peak traffic times * Willingness to obtain your Minnesota Real Estate License within an agreed timeframe * Reliable transportation & valid driver's license * Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus bonus/commission opportunities * Licensing support, training, and ongoing development * Long-term growth path within a performance driven, team first culture How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter answering: * Why you want to sell new construction homes * Your sales or customer-facing experience * Why you'd be a strong fit at Price Homes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Rochester, MN (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
