Anderson Erickson Dairy (AED) is Iowa's oldest and largest family-owned Dairy. We have been providing the best dairy products in the industry for nearly a century. General responsibilities include the following: * Collaborate with our Corporate Sales Team to establish strategic growth in the Des Moines regional market. * Collaborate very closely with our Sales/ Marketing and Distribution leadership to ensure that our customers achieve 100% satisfaction. * Customer focused- must be able to maintain and develop strong relationships with our customer base. * Promote our brand in a professional manner. * Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Required skills and experience: * Excellent communication skills- verbal and written. * Strong presentation skills. * Strong ability to perform both "cold calls" or direct sales leads. * Strong understanding of pricing structures and mathematics. * Strong organization skills and detail oriented. * Excellent time management. * Strong computer skills- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. * Strong analyzation skills. * Excellent conflict resolution skills. * Strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Pre-Requisites for Candidate Consideration: * Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is PREFERRED, we will consider demonstrated professional work experience in lieu of education. * Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply. * Prior experience is the grocery or food/ beverage distribution preferred but not required. * Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
