Overhead Door Company of Des Moines , a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Grimes, Iowa to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services * Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in Des Moines and surrounding areas * Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards * Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals * Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily * Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum three years outside sales experience * Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired * Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task * Must possess a Valid Driver's License LI-LK1 PaceID2 ZR * Our benefit offerings include: * Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1st day of the month following your start date! * Paid time off plan: 13 days accrued annually during your 1st year; 16 days accrued during your 2nd year! * Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day * Floating Holidays: Up to 2 floating holidays per year * Competitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations! * 401k retirement plan: Including an employer match! * Company paid: Life insurance, short-term disability, & long-term disability * and more!
