Reports to: Sales & Finance Manager Primary Job Responsibilities: * Learn and know our products, parts, and services * Answer phone calls, texts, and emails from customers * Reach out to past customers to set sales and service appointments * Set appointments to purchase or service trailers, truck beds, and accessories. * Use our DMS and CRM software, spreadsheets, email, texting and phone system to communicate with customers. What You Need: * Comfortable sitting at a computer, answering messages and talking on the phone throughout the day. * Stay organized and handle multiple customers at once * Keep your work area clean * Valid NC driver's license * Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, typing, data entry) * Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percentages) * Speak clearly and write legibly in English * We can teach you the rest! Preferred Skills - not Required * 2+ years of sales experience * Knowledge of trailers, truck beds, or dealership services * Familiar with sales processes and financing * Experience using CRM and dealership systems * Fluent in English and Spanish What It Takes To Succeed at NC Trailers * Stay Active - Don't wait.
