Role Overview As a Sales Consultant , working from your home office, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and building lasting partnerships. You'll leverage your industry knowledge to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within metals manufacturing markets, traveling 30% to 45% of the time. * Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical and operational requirements. * Present and promote our product portfolio, including steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver customized solutions. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and profitability goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in metals manufacturing or industrial sectors. * Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-driven with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
