Metals USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Greensboro NC. Metals USA is a solid, growth oriented, carbon steel (plate, beam and tube) distribution center servicing the defense, commercial, construction, aerospace and fabrication industries. Responsibilities: * Generates value added business and introduces products to established clients with the coordination of the Outside Sales Representative. * Maintains key customers to ensure a continued base of profitable industrial business. * Identifies the target lead decision maker to initiate the sale. * Provides profitable transactional business through solicitation, quoting, email or other tools to grow the business. * Estimates & quotes customer projects; plans and executes the sales plan; responds to the customer's request and collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of customer product. Position Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is a plus * Three to Five years of industrial sales experience; preferably in structural steel/ fabrication and/or heavy industrial manufacturing * Ability to communicate effectively with professional demeanor to ensure sales success * Ability to learn new skills and technology Metals USA offers a competitive starting hourly range of $ 26.50 - $ 28.00 and benefits plus upward mobility professional growth.
