Job Title Sales Representative - Inside & Outside Sales (Home Services) Job Description We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to handle inside sales (phone calls) and outside sales (door knocking and in-person appointments) for our growing home services company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by performance-based income. You will speak with homeowners daily--both over the phone and face-to-face--to educate them on our services, schedule appointments, and close sales. ResponsibilitiesInside Sales * Call existing customers and warm leads to: * Check in on current services * Offer additional or seasonal services * Schedule estimates and appointments * Follow provided sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks * Log call notes and outcomes in our CRM * Perform follow-up calls to close opportunities Outside Sales * Door knock targeted residential neighborhoods * Introduce homeowners to our services and generate new leads * Set same-day or future appointments * Represent the company professionally in the field * Be comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners Requirements * Comfortable with phone sales and door-to-door outreach (required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection * Self-motivated and goal-driven * Reliable transportation and smartphone * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Sales experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
