Job Title Sales Representative - Inside & Outside Sales (Home Services)

Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative to handle inside sales (phone calls) and outside sales (door knocking and in-person appointments) for our growing home services company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by performance-based income. You will speak with homeowners daily--both over the phone and face-to-face--to educate them on our services, schedule appointments, and close sales. ResponsibilitiesInside Sales

• Call existing customers and warm leads to:
• Check in on current services
• Offer additional or seasonal services
• Schedule estimates and appointments
• Follow provided sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks
• Log call notes and outcomes in our CRM
• Perform follow-up calls to close opportunities Outside Sales
• Door knock targeted residential neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to our services and generate new leads
• Set same-day or future appointments
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Be comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners

Requirements

• Comfortable with phone sales and door-to-door outreach (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Sales experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
