Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales specialist to join our team at Cox's Wholesale Seafood, LLC. Located in the United States, this role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and clients. This position will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities * Developments and establishes new accounts by contacting prospective customers and discussing product offerings in a knowledgeable and persuasive way. * Plans and organizes daily work to be prepared for the day and to be productive. * Achieve quarterly goals as established by the VP of Sales. * Notifies the VP of Sales about opportunities to quote business and requests pricing. * Update weekly results with the VP of Sales. * Consults with customers they have secured and makes recommendations that increasing product sales. * Monitors competitive activity and gathers marketplace information about new products and pricing. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and establishing personal networks. * Travel as necessary to meet prospective or existing customers. * Perform other duties as assigned.. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Skills and Competencies: * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills. * Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive sales data.
