What You 'll Do: Assist customers with phone and accessory sales while delivering top-notch customer service, Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphones and tablets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. What We 're Looking For: Quick learners with a hands-on approach Friendly, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable team players Basic mechanical ability and an interest in technology Previous repair experience is a plus, but not required --we provide training!
