Job Summary Join a Top Real Estate Team Team in the Tampa Florida Area Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? The Yingling Team at lpt Realty is looking for both new and experienced licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. We also have a scholarship program available to new agents. Licensed agents that join the The Yingling Team at lpt Realty are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with the leads and training that we provide. The Yingling Team at lpt Realty is partnered with some of the the top systems and lead sources in the industry We provide the training and support to help you convert these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. The Yingling Team at lpt Realty offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. 2025 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the training and leads we are able to provide. Responsibilities List and sell residential real estate. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Maintain your Real Estate License Job Type: Full-time commission only Qualifications * Florida Real Estate license, or a desire to obtain Florida Real Estate License * Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. * Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
