Duties and Responsibilities

• Attends client meetings as directed.
• Drafts client memoranda and conference reports on computer.
• Develops and manages client base through prospecting, setting appointments and servicing clients via telephone and personal contact.
• Evaluates needs of prospective and current clients in an effective manner.
• Applies knowledge of products and services, and demonstrates benefits and features as needed.
• Maintains tickler file of appointments and leads for prospective clients.
• Prepares written proposals to include required quotes and assessments of client needs.
• Performs Customer Service
