We're seeking an Event & Sales Manager *for a hospitality concept in the *Minneapolis area. This role also allows for 2% commission with potential quarterly bonus, plus many opportunities for growth. What's in it for you: * Salary range $50-60k * Great benefits * Bonus opportunity * Growth opportunity Event Sales Manager Responsibilities(including but not limited to): * Manage full event lifecycle: planning -> coordination -> execution * Create BEOs, maintain event software, and track sales * Collaborate with leadership, marketing & operations * Conduct outreach and attend networking events to generate new business * Build repeat business through excellent relationship management * Assist with ticketed/holiday events, promotional materials, and venue marketing * Oversee event supplies and decor needs Event Sales Manager Skills/Qualifications: * 4-5 years of experience in an Event/Sales role * Knowledge of successful hospitality sales techniques * Budget management * Works well with others members of sales team * Ability to work an occasional weekend for events when necessary * Familiar with lead strategy and execution * Advanced CRM skills If this Event Sales Manager role sounds like it aligns with your career goals, please apply today!
