Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, proficiency in the sales process, and contributing to a positive experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, and supporting store merchandising efforts. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in driving sales through effective communication, upselling, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist with their merchandise needs using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Operate POS system efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling responsibilities. * Drive sales through product knowledge and education. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Experience * Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all essential functions. * Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role. * Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office suite and previous experience utilizing a POS system preferred.
