Account Manager Insurance Location: Greensboro, NC Full time hours Salary: $60k Overview: An Insurance group in Greensboro is seeking a licensed Insurance Account Manager to join a small, close-knit office. This role focuses on managing existing accounts and generating new business, with approximately 80% commercial and 20% personal insurance responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing questions, claims, and policy changes * Prepare quotes for new lines of business and assist clients in selecting coverage * Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations * Collaborate with carriers to resolve client issues and process renewals * Support office operations as needed in a small, two-person team environment Qualifications: * Active insurance license (property & casualty preferred) * Experience in commercial and personal insurance account management * Strong communication and customer service skills * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently in a small office setting PROF26
