Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor - Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in technical sales or jewelry sales is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desired - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Proficient in English, both spoken and written We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
