Business Development Representative (plus performance bonuses) Entry Level | Government Healthcare Sales About Us We are a growing medical supply distributor specializing in the government healthcare marketplace. We serve federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Service, as well as state and local healthcare institutions. Our mission is to ensure that those who serve our country - and the institutions that care for them - have access to the medical supplies they need. We're looking for a motivated, coachable individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. No prior sales experience required - we'll train you. What we need is someone with drive, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the face of our company to government healthcare facilities--VA Medical Centers, military hospitals, and other institutions serving veterans and service members. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding into a multi-billion-dollar market. What You'll Do * Make outbound calls and send emails to government healthcare buyers * Build relationships with Logistics Managers, Inventory personnel, and purchasing staff at healthcare facilities * Present our products and show customers how we can save them money and overall, a better customer service experience * Learn the government procurement process and become an expert in your market * Track your activity and results - and celebrate your wins * Grow into a skilled sales/business dev professional with real earning potential What We're Looking For A ton of experience is NOT required.
