Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Prospecting Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is essential in expanding our customer base through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience and be skilled in business development, account management, and B2B sales. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales to drive company growth across designated territories. Responsibilities * Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and market research * Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present product offerings and demonstrate value via product demos * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate upselling and account retention * Manage a defined territory by planning sales routes, scheduling appointments, and executing sales strategies * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional activities * Provide ongoing customer service support to address client needs and resolve issues promptly * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions for reporting purposes Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technical or product-focused environment * Strong skills in management, business development, account management, and negotiation * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis * Demonstrated success in direct sales, cold calling, upselling, and product demos * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage customer relationships * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory growth * Prior experience with technology or technical sales is advantageous Join our team as a Prospecting Field Sales Representative to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, customer focus, and professional growth.
