ID Sign Group is a family owned, full service custom sign company serving the New England area. We design, manufacture, install and service a variety of interior and exterior signs including but not limited to large banners, post and panel, dimensional and channel letters. illuminated cabinets, pylons, and vehicle graphics. We have an open position for an inside sales estimator, who is an essential member of our team. This person serves as the primary day to day contact for customers and handles communications related to sales and customer service. In this position, you will receive email and telephone order requests, quote jobs to clients using our custom quoting system, process orders, including ordering materials and resolving client questions and issues. Collaborate with sales, design, production, and installation team to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. File written or electronic permit applications for city/town permits as required. Quality control proofing of final product and/or wrapping orders for pick-up, delivery or installation. A successful candidate will be methodical and extremely detail oriented with an exceptional ability to multitask and set priorities and have a good aptitude for numbers. You will need strong communication skills and a courteous and professional demeanor, proficiency in MS Office and the ability to be a team player. Sign industry experience is a plus.
