About Us In business since 1975, Norfolk Power Equipment is a family owned and operated business serving homeowners and commercial businesses as well as municipal, state, and federal agencies. We sell, rent and service a wide variety construction, lawn and garden equipment and have three retail locations in Wrentham, MA, Carver, MA, and Burrillville, RI. We are in need of an inside sales associate at our Burrillville, RI location. General Requirements * Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week and longer hours as required to meet customer demands * Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment * Able to operate equipment ranging from lawn and garden to mid-sized excavators Key Responsibilities: * Sell Kubota and lawn and garden equipment to customers and provide excellent customer service * Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and help them with their specific needs and direct customers to products that meet their needs * Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads * Give accurate and current information about products for all inquiries; If the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer before the customer leaves the store * Use CRM to stay up to date with customer needs and maintain contact * Travel to key clients to determine sales needs Qualifications: * Kubota and lawn and garden equipment knowledge preferred * CDK or other CRM knowledge preferred * Sales experience preferred * Ability to travel during work hours to customers to discuss equipment needs * Strong self-motivation and organization Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: * Burrillville, RI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
