About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Ankeny, IA team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation products and services. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. * Knowledge of insulation products and construction processes is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
