We provide everything you need to get started, including a company vehicle, tablet, phone, hands-on training, and quality leads. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate window treatment solutions * Accurately measure windows and provide customized product and installation recommendations * Prepare quotes using proprietary software and communicate professionally via email and phone * Manage the full sales cycle -- from consultation through to final purchase * Maintain a well-organized schedule and operate independently with a high degree of accountability Qualifications & Attributes * Demonstrated interest in design, home decor, and enhancing residential spaces * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly present products and build client trust * High attention to detail for precise measurements and solution recommendations * Comfortable using technology, including email, Microsoft Office, and custom software platforms * Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Compensation & Benefits Earnings Potential: $70,000-$90,000+ Comprehensive Benefits Package: * Three weeks of paid time off (prorated in your first year) * Eight paid holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance (partial employee contribution) * Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage * IRA with up to 3% company match * Eligibility for performance-based bonuses Provided Tools & Support: * Company vehicle for all client appointments * Smartphone and tablet for seamless communication and quoting * Paid sales training and continuous professional development * Access to product samples, design guides, and real-time field support Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Location: * Shakopee, MN (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
