Responsibilities: * Perform in-person roof inspections and assess damage (must be able to climb roofs safely). * Deliver customized roofing solutions and close the deal with confidence and urgency. * Write and review contracts with precision and professionalism. * Track and manage all sales activity using our internal CRM system. * Follow up with leads and keep homeowners engaged from initial visit to job completion. * Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of outside sales/closing experience (door-to-door, B2C, in-home, solar, home improvement, etc.). * Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas. * Able to climb ladders and walk sloped roofs unassisted. * Strong tech skills - able to work with an iPad and CRM software. * Willing to work evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners. * Must be organized, punctual, and fully self-managed. * Valid driver's license, pass drug test/background check, and eligible to become a notary. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
