About Us: APC, INC is a fast-growing and reputable medical group with locations in Tampa and Brandon, FL. We operate multiple healthcare divisions including interventional pain management clinics, specialty pharmacy services, and affiliated medical facilities. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Marketing Representative to expand our referral base and strengthen professional relationships with referral sources across the healthcare and legal sectors. Position Overview: The Medical Marketing Representative is responsible for generating patient referrals and building long-term partnerships with referral sources. This role includes field marketing, public relations, referral education, and strategic outreach to continually increase patient volume and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between external partners and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: * Increase patient referrals through field marketing, cold calling, and targeted outreach * Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with referral sources including physicians, law firms, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and discharge planners * Effectively communicate the full range of services offered by APC, INC, including physician services and specialty pharmacy * Meet and exceed monthly referral/admission growth targets * Promote the company's philosophy, brand, and services with professionalism and enthusiasm * Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal staff to ensure smooth referral and admission processes * Monitor referral conversion timelines and follow up accordingly * Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare marketing regulations Qualifications: * Prior experience in medical marketing, healthcare sales, or pharmaceutical rep role * Understanding of healthcare referral networks, physician practice operations, or specialty pharmacy services * Reliable transportation for regular travel within the Tampa Bay area * Energetic, enthusiastic, and resourceful * Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Join Our Team: If you are a confident communicator with a passion for connecting people to care, and you're looking to grow within a respected and expanding medical organization, we encourage you to apply today.
