NOVA Insurance: Growth & Partnerships Lead (Business Development Manager) Are you the person who knows everyone in town? We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead--someone who thrives on social energy and knows how to turn a "hello" into a long-term business win. The Vibe Your job is to be the brand ambassador for our agency. You'll be out in the wild, connecting with cool local businesses--from high-end boat and auto dealerships to trendy real estate firms and tech-savvy mortgage brokers. You are the bridge that connects their clients to the protection they need. Ideally looking for recent college graduates or young professionals with a desire to learn and grow their professional skills. What You 'll Actually Do * Be the Face of the Agency: You'll spend most of your time out of the office, meeting with partners and showing them why we're the best in the business. * Curate a VIP Network: Build a "power list" of local influencers--real estate agents, financial gurus, and dealership owners. * Host & Hype: Organize "Lunch & Learns," sponsor local meetups, and attend Chamber events. * Strategy Sessions: Work directly with our leadership team to brainstorm creative ways to stay top-of-mind for our referral partners. * Social Selling: Use LinkedIn and Instagram to highlight our partners and build our agency's digital presence. Who You Are * A "People Person" on Overdrive: You have high emotional intelligence and can talk to anyone, from a CEO to a mechanic. * The Connector: You genuinely enjoy helping people succeed and naturally find ways to link businesses together. * Hustle & Heart: You're self-motivated.
