We're looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join our team supporting Panasonic TOUGHBOOK rugged computing solutions. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll receive training, coaching, and hands-on experience to develop core sales skills while supporting our Business Development team. You will: * Learn how to conduct professional outbound calls using provided lead lists * Build confidence engaging with potential customers and understanding their business needs * Ask thoughtful questions to uncover challenges and introduce relevant technology solutions * Accurately capture customer information, notes, and next steps in our CRM system * Partner with experienced Business Development Managers to qualify leads and schedule meetings * Gain product knowledge on Panasonic TOUGHBOOK laptops, tablets, handheld devices, and related solutions such as in-car video and body-worn cameras This role offers exposure to real-world sales environments while working with technology that supports first responders and essential industries.
