Overview Are you a top-tier sales professional ready to close multi-million dollar deals in the commercial landscape industry? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments, and have the network, drive, and strategic insight to win large accounts? We want to hear from you. Responsibilities * Target, pursue, and win $500K-$5M+ annual maintenance contracts and enhancement projects * Identify, target, and develop new B2B relationships with high-revenue potential clients ( HOAs, commercial property managers, real estate developers, corporate facilities, municipalities). * Collaborate with estimating, operations, and design teams to tailor service packages that close deals. * Represent our brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings * Consistently exceed sales targets with a hunter mindset and client-first attitude Skills * Minimum 5+ years in landscape sales or high-value commercial service contracts (facilities, construction, property services). * Proven track record closing multi-site or multi-million-dollar service contracts. * Strong network of commercial property managers, HOA boards, REIT contacts, or municipal buyers. * Working knowledge of commercial landscape services (maintenance, seasonal color, enhancements, irrigation, snow services a plus). * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads effectively. * Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. * Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
