Home Pride Contractors is seeking a motivated General Manager/Sales Manager to join its team. Home Pride offers a great culture and a growing orginazation. We are looking for someone that is motivated, loves the sales process, and likes building a team. In this General Manager/Sales Manager role, you will assist homeowners with making sure their home is taken care of by offering great service and products. You will also be involved in the building of the team through training and sales techniques This position is hiring immediately so if you consider yourself someone that can close the sale and will work until the job gets done then we want to talk with you. Specific duties for a General Manager/Sales Manager may include: * Meeting face to face with homeowners * Driving company vehicle * Working with the client from start to finish * Canvassing storm hit areas to follow up with homeowners * Getting up on roofs to asses the damage * Call potential client leads to set up meetings * Providing superior customer service * Providing warehouse support as needed * Performing all duties safely Specific qualifications for this General Manager/Sales Manager role include: * Ability to repeatedly lift products weighing 50 lbs * Ability to stand most the day. * and, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout complete shift * Ability to safely walk on roofs * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be 21 years of age or older * Must have a high level of attention to details Perks of the General Manager/Sales Manager Job: * Company vehicle and phone * Very competitive commission payouts * Growing company * Full benefit package * Sales and Industry training Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply * Only full-time employees eligible Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Team Lead Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
