Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs. This role oversees lead generation, conversion strategies, and brand positioning to ensure the community meets census and financial objectives. The Director serves as a key liaison between prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the community team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership
• Implement internal and external sales programs to achieve monthly and annual occupancy goals.
• Conduct pricing reviews and maintain competitive positioning.
• Train and monitor sales support staff on inquiry management and conversion techniques.
• Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital presence, including website, social media, and online directories.
• Oversee creation of promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
• Drive inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-move-in conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor performance metrics.
• Community Engagement
• Organize on-site and off-site events to build brand awareness.
• Cultivate relationships with referral networks and local organizations.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs.
• Provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
