Used Car Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Location: Cranston Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-driven Used Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs, while delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and engage customers on the lot, online, and over the phone * Listen to customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles from our pre-owned inventory * Conduct test drives and present vehicle features clearly and confidently * Explain pricing, financing options, and trade-in values in a transparent manner * Handle all steps of the sales process from initial contact to final paperwork * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools * Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly basis * Stay knowledgeable about inventory, promotions, and industry trends Qualifications: * Prior automotive or customer service/sales experience preferred, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Highly motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: * Base salary plus commission * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation and holidays * Employee vehicle purchase program Ongoing training and support Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Cranston, RI 02920 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Cranston, RI 02920: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
