You will manage incoming calls and messages closing hot leads with future clients and CLOSING the deal! Additionally you will be schedule jobs, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is sales driven, organized, professional, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers & close the sale over the phone. - Price quote and close hot inbound leads. - Manage follow up calls with potential clients. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests. - Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor. - Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
