Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. * Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market conditions. * Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties by providing expert advice and guidance. * Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and marketing materials. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. * Manage property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively to prospective buyers or tenants. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including property managers and administrative staff, to streamline transactions. * Stay informed about industry trends, zoning laws, and Fair Housing regulations to provide accurate information to clients. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using real estate administrative tools.
