Inside Sales Representative (HVAC/Plumbing Distribution) - ONSITE Location: ONSITE -- North Charleston, SC 29418 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm EST Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base salary $60,000/year + (dependent on experience) About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing distribution company known for internal promotion , hands-on training , and long-term career paths. What You 'll Do * Serve walk-in customers with friendly, knowledgeable support and accurate order entry. * Prepare and enter bids --including municipal bid work--with precision and on-time submission. * Generate and process orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation. * Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory management and material pulling. * Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 100 calls/day) while maintaining great service. * Maintain inventory records and perform basic math/calculations for counts, pricing, and bids. What You 'll Bring Must-Haves * Strong communication and a customer-first mindset. * Comfort in a fast-paced , high-volume environment with competing priorities. * Proficiency with basic math; accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Preferred but not required: * Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing products and parts. * Familiarity with bid preparation and inside/counter sales workflows.
