Inside Sales Representative (HVAC/Plumbing Distribution) - ONSITE Location: ONSITE -- North Charleston, SC 29418 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm EST Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

• Serve walk-in customers with friendly, knowledgeable support and accurate order entry.
• Prepare and enter bids --including municipal bid work--with precision and on-time submission.
• Generate and process orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory management and material pulling.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 100 calls/day) while maintaining great service.
• Maintain inventory records and perform basic math/calculations for counts, pricing, and bids. What You 'll Bring Must-Haves
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfort in a fast-paced , high-volume environment with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with basic math; accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Preferred but not required:
• Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing products and parts.
