ACE-HTI is an established and growing security integration company seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to help expand our commercial division. This role is designed for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build long-term client relationships while working alongside an experienced operations and technical team. This position offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure tied to sales revenue, monitoring agreement RMR, and service agreements. Position Summary The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting customized technology solutions, and managing the sales process from initial client engagement through project handoff to operations. This individual must be confident communicating solutions face- to-face and in writing , and capable of working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. A combination of self-generated leads, inbound inquiries, and warm leads provided by ACE-HTI will create a strong pipeline for success--limited only by the candidate's drive and capacity. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, develop, and close new commercial sales opportunities * Present security, fire, access control, camera, networking, and technology solutions to prospective clients * Clearly communicate solutions verbally and in written proposals * Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close * Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams for project handoff and execution * Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships * Accurately track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts * Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals Qualifications & Experience * Proven experience in commercial sales , preferably in security, technology, or low-voltage integration * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team * Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills * Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based role * Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously * Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary starting at $50,000+ (based on experience) * Aggressive, uncapped commission plan based on: Sales revenue, Monitoring agreement recurring monthly revenue (RMR), and Service agreements * Vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement * 90% company-paid individual health insurance * 100% company-paid dental insurance * 401(k) with employer matching * Supportive team environment with strong operational backing Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for an ambitious, driven, and competitive sales professional who: * Is motivated by results and earning potential * Enjoys building relationships and closing deals * Works well within a team environment * Wants long-term growth opportunities within a growing company Work Location * Kernersville, NC * In-person with local travel required Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person
