Position Summary - Inside Sales Representative As an Inside Sales Representative at Exterior Point Home Remodeling, you will be a key driver of our sales pipeline. This role focuses on calling and engaging homeowners , including prior customers, reschedules, and warm leads, to set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team. You'll play a direct role in revenue generation while delivering a professional, positive experience for every homeowner you speak with. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to warm leads, prior customers, and rescheduled appointments * Handle inbound calls and follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest * Re-engage past customers for new project opportunities * Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team * Accurately track leads, notes, and appointment outcomes in the CRM * Confirm, reschedule, and reinforce appointment value with homeowners * Communicate clearly and professionally to understand homeowner needs * Work closely with sales leadership to improve conversion and call strategies Requirements * Prior experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service preferred * Strong phone presence and clear verbal communication * Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Experience with CRM systems is a plus * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Compensation & Benefits * $18 -$20 per hour starting (based on experience) * Commission and performance-based bonus structure * Paid Time Off (PTO) + Sick Leave * Health Insurance * Positive, team-driven work environment * Clear opportunities for advancement and internal promotion If you're motivated by results, enjoy speaking with homeowners, and want to grow with a fast-moving company, we'd love to hear from you.
